Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport packages and goods across Columbus metropolitan area
- Efficiently plan and optimize daily delivery routes using GPS technology
- Provide exceptional customer service during package delivery and collection
- Maintain accurate delivery records and proof-of-delivery documentation
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong knowledge of Columbus and surrounding areas
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with mobile delivery apps preferred
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Pass background check and drug screening
