Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across Cleveland metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery records using GPS tracking and mobile scanning systems
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and resolve inquiries
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety protocols at all times
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet tight deadlines
- Assist with loading/unloading operations and inventory management as required
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong knowledge of Cleveland area streets and navigation systems
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps and communication
- Pass background check and drug screening (mandatory for all hires)
- Reliable transportation to/from warehouse location
