Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and goods to customers across designated California routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures for proof of deliveryPerform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to maximize efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery-related inquiries
- Assist with loading/unloading operations and maintain organized cargo areas
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS and delivery apps
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
