What You'll Do:
As a Delivery Driver, you are the face of our company. You will ensure our packages reach their destination safely and on time while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport and deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in Albuquerque and surrounding areas.
- Inspect vehicles daily for cleanliness and mechanical issues; report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Handle packages with care, ensuring they arrive in good condition without damage.
- Practice excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients and obtaining signatures when required.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company protocols at all times.
- Update delivery status in the company tracking system in real-time.
- Organize the delivery route efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize fuel consumption.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major infractions within the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Basic understanding of GPS and navigation systems.
- Ability to lift packages up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
