Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Observe all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.
- Interact professionally and positively with customers, handling any issues with a smile.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and ensure the vehicle is clean and well-maintained.
- Utilize handheld technology to manage routes, track deliveries, and capture proof of delivery.
- Sort and organize packages efficiently before loading the vehicle.
- Report any vehicle maintenance needs or delivery discrepancies to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable smartphone with data access and navigation capabilities.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
