Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and retail items to residential and commercial addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery records using our mobile tracking app
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and app usage
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety
