Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and food deliveries across Houston metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer documentation
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize routes using GPS technology for timely deliveries
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery apps and GPS
- Reliable personal vehicle (van/truck preferred)
- Basic navigation skills across Houston neighborhoods
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Background check and drug test clearance
