Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail goods to customers across New Orleans
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and route optimization for maximum efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Inspect and maintain assigned delivery vehicle for safety and cleanliness
- Communicate delivery status updates via our proprietary app
- Handle cash transactions and digital payments accurately
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to navigate New Orleans streets efficiently
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Customer service-oriented with professional demeanor
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery app
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
