Responsibilities
- Safely transport food, packages, and retail goods to customers using company vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and GPS tracking for all routes
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and address inquiries
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely service across SF neighborhoods
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of San Francisco streets and neighborhoods
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Professional communication skills in English
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery apps and GPS navigation
- Background check and drug test required
