Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail items to customers across Austin
- Maintain excellent customer service through timely deliveries and professional communication
- Operate company vehicles responsibly and adhere to all traffic regulations
- Manage order tracking and documentation using our mobile app system
- Perform routine vehicle checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and timing
- Assist with inventory management and warehouse operations when needed
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and order management
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and tip management
