Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods across designated routes in Wichita
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures for completed shipments
- Load/unload packages efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and handle inquiries professionally
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize routes for timely delivery while adhering to traffic laws
- Assist with warehouse operations as needed during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- Valid Kansas driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong knowledge of Wichita streets and surrounding areas
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS and delivery apps
