Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, retail, or medical supplies to customers within specified timeframes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and handle customer payments/transactions
- Perform routine vehicle checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Optimize delivery routes to minimize travel time and maximize efficiency
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues in real-time
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle (or access to one) with valid insurance
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication apps
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service communication abilities
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
- Background check and drug screening required
