Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across San Antonio
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures for all shipments
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet daily performance metrics
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Operate GPS tracking systems and delivery management software
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience or equivalent training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly during shifts
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and basic technology
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication abilities and customer service orientation
- Pass background check and drug screening requirements
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
