Responsibilities
- Operate tractor-trailer units on dedicated interstate routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Complete pre/post-trip inspections and documentation
- Manage delivery schedules with GPS tracking systems
- Maintain electronic logs (ELD) compliance
- Communicate with dispatch team regarding route status
- Ensure cargo security and proper loading/unloading
- Represent company with professional conduct at customer sites
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices
- Strong navigation skills and route planning ability
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
