Responsibilities
- Operate Class 8 tractor-trailers safely on dedicated regional routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Complete pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Deliver freight on time with exceptional customer service
- Coordinate with dispatch for route optimization and load planning
- Maintain clean and professional vehicle appearance
- Communicate effectively with team and clients
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- 2+ years OTR experience with dedicated routes preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass DOT physical
- Strong knowledge of Midwest geography
- Proficient in ELD systems and digital logging
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
