Responsibilities
- Operate late-model tractors (2020+ models) on dedicated regional routes
- Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and DOT compliance documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient load management
- Ensure secure cargo handling and delivery verification
- Adhere to all FMCSA regulations and company safety policies
- Communicate proactively with customers and dispatch
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean 3-year driving record
- Minimum 1 year OTR experience with dedicated or regional routes
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Experience with ELD systems and electronic documentation
- Strong knowledge of California and Western US geography
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb equipment safely
- No preventable accidents in past 2 years
