Responsibilities
- Operate tractor-trailer units for dedicated regional routes with 95%+ on-time delivery rate
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections ensuring FMCSA compliance
- Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and delivery documentation
- Collaborate with logistics team for efficient route optimization
- Adhere to all safety protocols and HOS regulations
- Build strong relationships with warehouse personnel at client sites
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean MVR (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations
- Basic GPS navigation proficiency
- Excellent communication skills
