Responsibilities
- Safely transport freight on dedicated regional routes between Albuquerque and major Southwest hubs
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation in compliance with DOT regulations
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch to optimize route efficiency and on-time delivery
- Uphold strict safety standards and represent our company professionally at all customer sites
- Utilize telematics systems to monitor vehicle performance and route conditions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year OTR or regional driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and HOS compliance
- Basic navigation skills and familiarity with Southwest geography
- Excellent time management and communication abilities
- Flexibility for occasional overnight stays during peak seasons
