Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on dedicated regional routes within California
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, HOS compliance, and company safety protocols
- Perform thorough pre/post-trip inspections and basic preventative maintenance
- Manage accurate delivery documentation and electronic logging systems
- Maintain professional communication with dispatch and clients
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Represent Premier Logistics Solutions with exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean 3-year driving record
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience with dedicated route background
- Current DOT medical certification
- Proficient with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong knowledge of California roadways and regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility for occasional overnight stays
