Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on dedicated regional routes with predictable schedules
- Transport specialized freight requiring temperature control and secure handling protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and documentation in compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize route efficiency and delivery timelines
- Represent Premier Logistics Solutions with professionalism in customer interactions
- Adhere to all safety policies and contribute to our zero-accident culture
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean 3-year driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience with dedicated route background
- Current DOT medical certification and ability to pass company physical
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices (ELD) and transportation software
- Strong commitment to safety compliance and regulatory adherence
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Excellent time management and route planning capabilities
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays as needed
