Responsibilities
- Safely transport freight across dedicated regional routes
- Maintain accurate logs and DOT compliance documentation
- Conduct pre-trip/post-trip inspections and vehicle maintenance
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route planning
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
- Adhere to all FMCSA safety regulations and company policies
- Utilize electronic logging systems (ELD) and GPS tracking
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license (or willingness to obtain through our program)
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic familiarity with freight handling and securement
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining communication
- Flexibility for occasional overnight trips
