Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles on dedicated routes between Las Vegas and major Southwest hubs
- Maintain meticulous vehicle inspection logs and compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations
- Coordinate with dispatch team for precise delivery scheduling and route optimization
- Handle secure cargo loading/unloading procedures with attention to detail
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points and maintain professional communication
- Utilize telematics systems for real-time tracking and performance reporting
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and defensive driving standards
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR/long-haul experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices (ELD) and basic navigation systems
- Strong time management skills for strict delivery window adherence
- Flexibility for occasional overnight trips and weekend schedules
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Must pass comprehensive background check
