Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles on dedicated regional routes throughout Massachusetts and New England
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules while maintaining precise documentation of cargo and mileage
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize route efficiency and resolve delivery exceptions
- Maintain compliance with FMCSA regulations, HOS guidelines, and company safety protocols
- Build strong relationships with clients through professional communication and reliable service
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR or dedicated route experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading/unloading equipment
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including early mornings and weekends as needed
- Pass background check and drug screening per company policy
