Responsibilities
- Operate Class-A tractor-trailers for dedicated regional routes across Nebraska and surrounding states
- Safely transport specialized freight with zero-touch delivery protocols
- Maintain meticulous logs and electronic records in compliance with FMCSA regulations
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and basic preventative maintenance
- Optimize delivery schedules while maintaining 99% on-time performance
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and clients using telematics systems
- Mentor new drivers on company safety standards and route efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Class-A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Proficiency in ELD systems and route navigation technology
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and operate in all weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Flexible schedule with willingness for occasional overnight trips
