Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles on dedicated routes between Scottsdale, AZ, and key regional hubs
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and maintain meticulous electronic logs (ELD)
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic preventative maintenance checks
- Coordinate with dispatch team via remote communication tools for real-time route adjustments
- Ensure timely delivery of high-value freight with zero-touch protocols
- Utilize telematics systems to optimize fuel efficiency and route performance
- Maintain digital documentation for compliance and customer satisfaction tracking
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience with dedicated route background
- Proficiency in ELD systems and digital fleet management tools
- Ability to work independently with remote support infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of Arizona regional highway systems and regulations
- Pass background check and drug screening per DOT requirements
- Flexible schedule availability including overnight routes
