Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class 8 tractors for dedicated regional routes within the Pittsburgh corridor
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Complete accurate pre/post-trip inspections and electronic logging (ELD)
- Maintain timely delivery schedules while prioritizing cargo security
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding shipment status
- Document all delivery paperwork and maintain vehicle maintenance records
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize route efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean MVR and no preventable accidents in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with PA/NY/OH regional roadways and regulations
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to 4-5 days home time per week
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
