Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles for dedicated regional routes averaging 2,500 miles weekly
- Maintain meticulous delivery schedules with 99% on-time performance
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain DOT compliance documentation
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route optimization and load adjustments
- Uphold strict safety protocols and represent our brand through professional conduct
- Utilize telematics systems for efficient route planning and fuel management
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through driver feedback programs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- HAZMAT endorsement preferred (training provided if needed)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate loading equipment safely
- Proficient in electronic logging devices and basic navigation systems
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Flexibility for overnight trips (typically 3-4 nights per week)
