Responsibilities
- Operate Class A commercial vehicles for dedicated long-haul routes across the Western US
- Execute efficient delivery schedules while maintaining strict on-time performance standards
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD)
- Ensure cargo security and compliance with all DOT/FMCSA regulations
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization and real-time communication
- Uphold safety protocols through defensive driving practices and hazard awareness
- Document delivery receipts and resolve minor customer inquiries in transit
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical loading/unloading duties
- Proficiency in ELD systems and digital route navigation
- Flexibility for overnight travel and variable schedules
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety-first mentality
- Pass background check and DOT physical examination
