Your Mission:
As a Truck Driver for Prime Inc, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods across the United States. We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and adhere to the highest safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial Class A or B trucks in a professional manner.
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts or by hand, ensuring proper securing.
- Maintain accurate logs (ELD) and ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding cargo status.
- Ensure the truck cabin and cargo area are kept clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B with the proper endorsements.
- Current DOT medical card (Medical Examiner's Certificate).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience (preferred).
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no DUI/DWI within the last 7 years.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Strong time management and navigation skills.
