Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages to residential and commercial addresses throughout the Colorado Springs metro area.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle at all times, ensuring it is ready for the next run.
- Interact positively and professionally with customers, ensuring packages are handled with care and explaining delivery procedures when necessary.
- Utilize company-provided handheld devices to track deliveries, update status in real-time, and manage proof of delivery.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, speed limits, and company safety protocols to ensure the safety of the public and our team.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of merchandise, including lifting boxes up to 50 lbs.
- Submit daily logs and mileage reports accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record (MVR check required; no major infractions).
- Access to a reliable vehicle (Personal vehicle options available for gig partners).
- Ownership of a modern smartphone with a data plan and GPS capabilities.
- Ability to lift packages repeatedly, including overhead and heavy items.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Residency in or willingness to travel within the Colorado Springs area.
- Basic computer literacy for using delivery apps and digital paperwork.
