Responsibilities
- Timely delivery of packages, food, and retail goods across Detroit metro area
- Verify recipient details and maintain delivery documentation
- Operate company vehicles safely and perform pre/post-trip inspections
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to meet delivery windows
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Report vehicle maintenance issues and coordinate repairs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year delivery or commercial driving experience
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Detroit neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to depot for shift start
- Availability for flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
