Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages, documents, and sensitive materials to designated locations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain proper signatures for all shipments
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to meet strict deadlines
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at distribution centers
Qualifications
- Valid Georgia driver's license with clean MVR (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Atlanta metropolitan area roadways
- Proficient with mobile navigation apps and basic technology
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
