Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages, documents, and time-sensitive materials across Dallas metroplex
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and GPS tracking for real-time route optimization
- Provide exceptional customer service through professional communication and timely updates
- Inspect vehicles daily to ensure safety compliance and report maintenance needs
- Coordinate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges proactively
- Adhere to traffic laws and company policies at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading procedures when required
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate manual transmission
- Strong knowledge of Dallas/Fort Worth roadways and traffic patterns
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-mandated)
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery apps and communication tools
- Reliable transportation to/from depot for start/end of shift
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
