Responsibilities
- Safely transport time-sensitive packages and documents throughout San Antonio metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and GPS tracking systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during package handoffs
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Handle fragile and high-value items with specialized care
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Class C driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and delivery tracking systems
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Reliable vehicle or access to one (company vehicle option available)
- Pass background check and drug screening
