Responsibilities
- Safely transport time-sensitive packages, medical specimens, and legal documents throughout Louisville metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic tracking systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during pickup/delivery interactions
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Optimize daily routes using GPS navigation for maximum efficiency
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Handle special deliveries requiring temperature control or security protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class C) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong knowledge of Louisville metropolitan area roadways
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
