Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles for point-to-point deliveries within KC metro
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic tracking systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during client interactions
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Optimize daily routes for maximum efficiency and fuel conservation
- Handle high-value or temperature-sensitive shipments with specialized care
- Resolve delivery exceptions and communicate proactively with dispatch
Qualifications
- Valid Missouri Class D driver's license with clean 3-year record
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and navigate multi-level buildings
- Proficient with smartphone navigation and delivery apps
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Flexibility for early morning/late evening shifts
- Basic mechanical knowledge for vehicle troubleshooting
- Pass background check and drug screening
