- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status and delays via company tracking systems
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class C minimum)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Washington DC streets and landmarks
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking
