Responsibilities
- Operate commercial delivery vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Load and unload cargo securely using appropriate equipment.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of delivery activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols at all times.
- Keep the vehicle clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of driving experience preferred.
- Current Medical Card and DOT Medical Examination Report.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Strong knowledge of Louisville area routes and geography.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
