Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the strategic technology roadmap for the 2026 product line, focusing on AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing integration.
- Lead a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Define and oversee the technical vision, ensuring all solutions align with long-term business goals and regulatory standards.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, evaluating their viability for immediate and future product integration.
- Collaborate with the C-suite to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive business growth.
- Establish robust cybersecurity protocols and data governance frameworks to protect our proprietary technology.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or CTO role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex technology products in a high-growth environment.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Distributed Systems.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts and edge computing architectures is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor diverse engineering teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree or PhD is a plus.
