Job Description
The Future is Now. Chronos Dynamics is a premier research firm pioneering the next generation of artificial intelligence and quantum computing systems. We are looking for a visionary Chief AI & Quantum Architect to lead our engineering division in defining the infrastructure roadmap for 2026 and beyond. If you are obsessed with pushing the boundaries of what is possible in machine learning and quantum mechanics, we want to hear from you.
In this role, you will be at the helm of our R&D initiatives, bridging the gap between theoretical physics and practical application. You will design scalable, secure, and efficient systems that power autonomous agents and high-frequency trading algorithms. Join a team of elite engineers and scientists dedicated to building the foundation of tomorrow.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define and oversee the long-term technical vision for our AI and quantum computing infrastructure, ensuring alignment with 2026 strategic goals.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of top-tier engineers in researching and implementing cutting-edge algorithms, including neural networks and quantum error correction.
- System Design: Design robust, fault-tolerant systems capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time across distributed cloud environments.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior and senior architects to maintain the highest standards of engineering excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for stakeholders and non-technical leadership teams.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously identify bottlenecks and optimize system latency and throughput for mission-critical applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, or Rust; familiarity with quantum programming languages (Q# or Qiskit) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale engineering problems in high-pressure environments.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical decision-making.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical data effectively.
