Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles following DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Plan and execute efficient delivery routes across Texas and Illinois regions
- Inspect and maintain vehicle pre/post-trip documentation and equipment
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for real-time route adjustments and delivery confirmations
- Handle freight loading/unloading with proper securing techniques
- Utilize telematics systems for mileage tracking and performance optimization
- Represent the company professionally while interacting with clients and vendors
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Basic computer literacy for digital logbooks and communication tools
- Strong work ethic with punctuality and reliability focus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
