Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) on local and regional routes
- Load/unload cargo with proper equipment and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation (e-bolt systems)
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Communicate with dispatch team for route optimization
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of local/regional road networks
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Strong time management and communication abilities
- Flexibility for early morning start times
