Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles following designated routes and schedules
- Load/unload packages with precision and maintain accurate inventory records
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Navigate efficiently using GPS technology while adhering to traffic regulations
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and timelines
- Maintain clean, organized delivery vehicles at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience in urban environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform physical tasks
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficient with GPS navigation technology
- Pass background check and drug screening requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
