Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks and tractor-trailers in a safe and efficient manner.
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical safety and report any issues immediately.
- Load and unload cargo according to safety regulations and company standards.
- Maintain accurate driver logs, delivery receipts, and paperwork.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Must be at least 21 years old for interstate driving.
- Must have a clean driving record (no DUIs, reckless driving, or multiple at-fault accidents in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Ability to work flexible hours and pass a drug screen.
- Willingness to undergo paid training program.
