Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers for regional and dedicated routes
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate DOT logs
- Load/unload cargo using pallet jacks and forklift training provided
- Navigate efficiently through Phoenix metro and Southwest corridors
- Adhere strictly to HOS regulations and safety protocols
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and clients
- Maintain clean MVR and comply with all FMCSA standards
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years verifiable experience
- Clean MVR (no DUIs or major preventable accidents in 3 years)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Experience with reefers and flatbed trailers preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong knowledge of Arizona highway systems
- Team player attitude with customer service focus
