Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (53ft dry van reefers) within Seattle metro and regional routes
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules while optimizing route efficiency
- Ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Handle documentation including bills of lading and delivery confirmations
- Maintain clean driving record and represent company values professionally
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years verifiable experience
- Clean MVR (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Seattle metro traffic patterns and regional routes
- Experience with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Team player with excellent communication skills
