Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently over designated routes.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Load and unload cargo securely, adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate logs and electronic logging device (ELD) records.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules.
- Uphold the company's high standards of customer service and safety.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC).
- Clean driving record with no DUI or reckless driving violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a DOT drug screen and background check.
- Physically capable of lifting and operating heavy machinery and steering wheels.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
