Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks (Class A CDL) to transport goods on scheduled routes
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and ensure vehicle maintenance compliance
- Accurately complete delivery documentation and electronic logs
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment handling
- Maintain excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
- Operate in various weather conditions while prioritizing safety
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years of tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Basic knowledge of GPS navigation systems
- Flexibility for overnight trips and weekend shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent required
