Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate DOT logs
- Deliver freight to distribution centers across Florida and Southeast US
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and HOS regulations
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route adjustments
- Assist with loading/unloading when necessary (forklift certification a plus)
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- 2+ years of tractor-trailer experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Pass DOT physical and background check
- Knowledge of FMCSA regulations and GPS navigation systems
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
