Our 8-week paid training program covers commercial vehicle operation, safety protocols, and specialized hauling techniques. Upon completion, you'll join our elite team serving major construction projects across the Greater Houston area.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks for material transport at construction sites
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and compliance documentation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and DOT regulations
- Collaborate with site supervisors for efficient loading/unloading
- Operate specialized equipment including belly dumps and end dumps
- Respond to dynamic schedule changes and route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Driver's License (Class C minimum)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- No DUI/DWI convictions in past 5 years
- Basic math skills for load calculations
- Willingness to work in outdoor/variable weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- Reliable transportation to training facility
- Commitment to 6-month employment post-training
